PlankStand - is as it sounds; engaging in the PLANK exercise, in an upright position, while we send emails, edit a document, meet, or text on our mobile.
Sitting and/or standing for long periods is unhealthy, uncomfortable, and can lead to severe pain. So why not engage in the PLANK instead – but in the upright position?
