Since 2019, Jo-Anna Handoll (founder) has trained over 3,000 staff from many corporations globally, such as Google, Amgen, MSD, Endemol Shine, BBC and Global Radio to name a few, along with many individuals and teams from charities and community ventures.
Her relaxed, knowledgeable and inclusive training style makes her an award winning, popular and sought after training instructor and workplace consultant.
MHFA Trained
Jo is an accredited Adult Mental Health First Aid England Instructor, qualified in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and Suicide First Aid, Life Coach and a trained Talking Therapist with a specialist qualification in drugs and alcohol counselling.
She has also been part of a panel of experts for the House of Lords to discuss workplace wellbeing and mental health, helping to implement change through sharing best practices.
Leading change to Mental Health in the Workplace
Previously to KIND Jo worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years and has been responsible for leading change in how Mental Health is supported within the Workplace.
KIND currently offer Wellbeing Clinics, Coaching, Training, Workshops, Topic Talks and Talking Therapy and are very excited to be launching their own wellbeing retreats in 2023.
